  Rubbish. Waited for half an hour after booking online. Doctor couldnt get us out of there quick enough as he was behind. Didnt listen to what we were saying and sent a very Ill person away with no medication or pain relief. Will never use again.

  This is a reply to the complain from Jeremy C: It is normal for me to wait for 20 - 40 min for my doctor, N James to see me, but I believe this is because she is thorough with her patients’ complains, and will spend more time with a patient if necessary. In my experience, she listens, asks questions and then provides the advices and diagnoses. She has never been abrupt in her communication with me. I have been seeing her for 6 years now. I feel her diagnoses of my medical conditions have been accurate. She can be firm with me if she believes it is necessary, but she is not a “Medication Pusher”. In most cases, she would analyse the situation and present me with the information that she bases her diagnose on so I can make informed decision of my own health needs. Doctors are not sup-humans. They have bad days too. There are many doctors in the same clinic. One can always choose to see a different doctor.

  Doctors always good but when i asked for a sick note i was accused of only making the appointment to get one, and i have yet to make an appointment where the doctors havent been at least 15 minutes behind. I would suggest increasing forecast appointment length estimates by 2 minutes to prevent these continuous delays.
